5. Wix and website analytics

This website is built and hosted on Wix. Wix automatically collects certain technical and usage data when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is collected by Wix on my behalf and is used to provide me with basic website analytics, for example, how many people visit certain pages.

This website accepts payment through Wix Payments, Wix's built-in payment processing service. I do not see, store, or have access to your full card details at any point.

• I will never submit photographs of your home or property to any AI tool, platform, or service without first obtaining your explicit and informed consent

• I will never submit any other personal information you provide, including your address or job details, to an AI tool in a way that could identify you, without your prior knowledge and agreement

• If I wish to use an AI tool in connection with your job in a way that involves your information or photos, I will explain clearly what tool is being used, what your information will be used for, and give you the opportunity to decline before proceeding
